The proposed road shoots off from provincial highway S-4 at Timergara. It  links major rural areas of the Lower Dir district. The project road alignment  starts at Balambat Town just after the bridge on Panjkora River and ends at  Kalpani Top at the boundary of District Upper Dir and Lower Dir. The Initial 7  Km length of the project road is being executed by C&W Department on their  own funding and is under construction. This length has therefore been  excluded from our scope of work. The alignment passes through  villages/Town Qazi Abad, Lal Qial, Maidan, Kumbar and Kalpani Top. Initially  Package I: (Km 7+00 to Km 9+500 & 13+00 to 14+00)

Package II : (Km 9+500 to 13+00)  Package III: (Km 14+00 to 17+00)

Package IV: (Km 17+00 to 18+00)

Of the project road are being rehabilited / reconstructed
