On August 28, 2024, the Honorable Managing Director of PKHA, accompanied by field staff, consultants, and contractors, visited various PKHA development projects in District Swat. During the visit, he was given detailed briefing on overall progress, challenges, and site-specific issues. He issued the necessary directives to improve project progress, work quality, and resolve site-related problems. Keeping in view the financial constraints, the stakeholders were instructed to prioritize tasks to provide maximum relief to the public within the available resources.
In addition, after visiting the office, the Managing Director also planted a tree as a symbolic gesture to emphasize the importance of climate change and our collective responsibility in mitigating its adverse effects.
