On April 29, 2024, the Managing Director of PKHA, accompanied by field staff, consultants, and contractors, visited the under-construction Karakar Tunnel. During the site visit, he received a briefing on the project's progress and ongoing activities. The Managing Director directed the stakeholders to expedite the project progress, maintain quality standards, and address/ mitigate challenges. Furthermore, he highlighted the significance of environmental considerations and stressed the need for their implementation throughout the project.
